This class meets once a week for 3 weeks. Many of the families that have taken this course said that they wish the class was actually longer because they enjoyed it so much!
BirthWorks can be taken at any point in your pregnancy journey, even before you see the two pink lines! It's also perfect for expecting parents with previous vaginal and cesarean birth experiences.
We can all learn, support and share with each other in our small group class setting.

Prep4Birth™
This 4th Trimester Fitness® Method class is a complete 1 day, prenatal birth ball exercise course with labor education to help you learn optimal positioning and comfort measures for your childbirth journey.
In this course we will guide you through understanding breathing techniques, connecting with your pelvic floor and easy to do exercises that will strengthen your body for labor and your postpartum recovery. We will provide tips to help relieve common pregnancy pains and discomforts.
All the exercises taught in this course can easily be done at home or in the hospital setting. Our Prep4Birth is offered in a single day, 3 hour session and can be taught as a private session in your home or in a group setting.
Costs: $100 Per Participant

Prep4Partner™
During our Prep4Partner we empower and education partners!
During this 4 hour course we will equip your birth partner with skills to support you on the big day!
We provide handouts with photos of labor positions, helpful tips and strategies, and affirmations.
In this course we will cover emotional and hands on partner supported comfort measures, labor positions & more!
Cost: $150 Per Couple
