Meet Lacy Anderson - Owner of UP Family Doula & Certified Educator
Hey I'm Lacy, I am a Yooper local! I'm mama to three littles, whom I love spend my time with (which is a lot because I also homeschool! LOL.) I got into birth work in high school, where I had the opportunity to support a friend of mine in welcoming her first babe! I instantly fell in love with pregnancy, childbirth and family growth and bonding. When it comes to my passions and supporting others, I have always been a "go getter" and I pour my heart and soul into everything I do!
At this time I am Certified as a Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, VBAC and Postpartum Doula. I'm also a Certified Passenger Safety Technician and a 4TFM Prep4Birth Fitness Instructor. I joined the BirthWorks International's Board of Directors in 2025. Some additional trainings I've received include, Spinning Babies and CPR.
I believe we should always be growing and learning in some way!
