Postpartum Doula | Newborn Care Specialist | Early Childhood Educator

Grace’s journey into supporting families began early. During her senior year of high school, she interned at a local daycare, an experience that opened the door to her passion for early childhood education and family care. After graduating, she pursued Early Childhood Special Education at university and began working as a preschool assistant teacher, eventually gaining experience with children from infancy through age five.
Grace continues to teach preschool while providing in Postpartum Doula and newborn care support to families throughout Michigan’s Upper Peninsula including Marquette, Alger and Dickinson Counties.
Grace is known for her calm presence, professionalism, and evidence-based care. She believes that support during the postpartum period should feel reassuring, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each family’s needs.
Her approach blends her years of classroom experience with a deep understanding of family dynamics, helping parents feel confident, supported, and rested during the early weeks with their newborns.

Grace has as passion for continued education and is currently training to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, expanding her ability to guide families through one of the most common postpartum challenges....sleep!
When she’s not working with families or in the classroom, Grace loves spending time outdoors capturing nature through her camera lens, reading everything from romance novels to research studies, and relaxing with her two cats.
Fun fact: Grace and Lacy share the same last name (though they aren’t related!) and often laugh about how they both started their journeys by taking their high school child development class — twice, because they loved it so much!
